Age: 55, joined National Bank of Egypt since 1980 till he served as Board Member & Senior Group Head of Large Corporate Credit Risk, In addition, Chairman for many Financial Institutions & companies.

Mr. Sayed is a career banker for 30 years and he has extensive experience gained through leadership of the biggest branches and regions, investments, & non-performing loans at NBE. He got specialized courses in banking field, especially in risk management In & Out house.

Mr.Samy acted as the Vice Chairman & Managing Director of Industrial Development & Workers Bank of Egypt as of Sep.2011. He graduated from Zagazig University in 1979 with grade of "very good" He started his career at the National Bank of Egypt (NBE) in 1980 Mr. Samy obtained a diploma in banking and financial sciences from Amman in 1990 . He worked in various positions at several branches till he became the officer in charge of Credit Studies. Marketing & Follow up in the Regional Headquarters of NBE`s Lower Egypt Branches in 2008.  he has  promoted General Manager of Investment Trustees Division the last post held by Mr. Samy in NBE was the head of Equity investment & Investment trustees Group besides supervising HR Group.

Age 64. Dr. M.B.Kaddah graduated from Technical Military College with honours in 1969.

He Obtained his Masters in 1977, & his Ph.D in systems Technology from France in 1980.

He participated in IDSC in 1985 until 1996.

Since 1999 Dr. Kaddah has been the Managing Director of Legislation and Development information Systems "LADIS" .

Dr. Kaddah is one of the leading experts in Egypt in Information Technology.

Age 45. Appointed  in late 2002. Chairman and CEO of Modern Waterproofing Company and CEO of Schomburg Middle East Company. He is currently the Vice Chairman of the Chamber of Building Materials Industries of the Federation of Egyptian Industries and President of the Waterproofing and Insulation Division. He is a former advisor to the Minister of Public Enterprise Sector and Environment (1992-1996), where he participated in several privatization deals.
